How to declare for a meet

To declare your swimmer for a meet in SwimTopia, navigate to the Calendar Sign-up section, find the meet, and click on the "Edit" button. Then, select the swimmer's attendance status (attending, not attending), and if attending, choose the events they'll swim. Finally, indicate their relay availability and save your selections.
Detailed Steps:
  1. Access the Calendar: Log into your SwimTopia account and navigate to the "Calendar" section, then "Meets & Events".
  2. Locate the Meet: Find the specific meet you want to declare your swimmer for within the calendar view
  3.  Click "Meet Entry": Locate and click the "Meet Entry" button or link associated with the meet.
  4. Edit Swimmer Declarations: You should see a list of swimmers associated with your account. Click "Edit" to modify their declarations.
  5. Declare Attendance: For each swimmer, select their attendance status (attending or not attending) from the drop-down menu.
  6. Choose Events (if allowed): If your coach allows event selection, you'll see a list of events below the swimmer's name. Check the boxes next to the events you want them to swim, ensuring they don't exceed the limit (usually 3 individual events).
  7. Indicate Relay Availability: Select a relay availability option (available for all relays, arriving late, etc.) from the drop-down.
  8. Save: Click the "Save" button to finalize your declarations for each swimmer.
